At 7 AM today I made the scenic 10 mile trip, partly along the beautiful Niagara River, to $63,000/yr. City Comptroller ²Executive Assistant² Farina¹s suburban 244 Brentwood home in Niagara County. I took photos of his typical suburban house (on a corner), having to explain my actions to 6 kids waiting for a school bus opposite his house. It provided an opportunity for a quick civics lesson; I asked for their testimony to my lawful behavior, should Farina get me charged with Œcrimes against humanity¹.
There were 2 cars nearby; a somewhat tattered blue 1991 Dodge Shadow (NY#AWK1551) was parked in the driveway (a PBA sticker is likely ³insurance² if stopped by Buffalo cops on his long daily commute). A red 1992 Toyota ((NY#BAL1544) was parked in front on the street.
Farina¹s house is the shabbiest on the block, badly in need of paint, & not likely worth its $137,500 mortgage co-signed by former City Comptroller Anthony Nanula in 2000. There is, however, some value in an aboveground pool (The cover held firmly in place with many CLOROX gallon jugs).
I have heard nothing from Acting-Comptroller SanFillippo, who apparently plans to defend Buffalo¹s most dramatic voting fraud & residency fraud perpetrator. SanFillippoŒinherited¹²mediaman² Farina from his disgraced predecessor, after Naula bought his way out oif Buffalo to Albany, after being exposed as incompetent as Buffalo Comptroller (another spot he ³bought² with family money). My greatest fear is another prosecution by DA Frank J. Clark III for exposing another of his political friends. However, this it the first ³DA-PROTECTED-friend² who lives in another County. Mortgage-scammer Joe Wooley at least moved only to 33 Beaumont Amherst (in Erie County; Wooley¹s suburban neighborhood is very similar to Farina¹s) with the proceeds of his $1/2 million mortgage scam.
DA Clark is dragging me back to Judge McLeod¹s court a 7th time on perjured charges for exposing Wooley¹s mortgage scam, which operated out of a downtown lawyers¹ office. The Wooley-McLeod date keeps changing (May 9 to May 16 , now May 19). In Buffalo, CRIME PAYS! Watch for more.

The top residency offenders (See: Sept 25 2001 letter to Residency Officer #4 Frank Rossi on Kernwatch.com) are:
1. Anthony Farina, who lives with his wife in N. Tonawanda (Niagara County). He has used 3 fake addresses over a year, currently a basement apartment (Apartment B-1 according to voter registration, but nothing on bldg directory about the empty apartment, of course) at 113 Lafayette in the 41 HUD-subsidized apartments that Paladino has never been able to fill. Previously he was 'roommates' at 849 Delaware in a one BR apt (I joked that they slept in a "Queen-sized" bed, which upset Farina!! His name never listed on the doorbell) with Pigeon-ally Gary Parenti. And before that he voted with an openly gay man at 521 Lafayette, who ran for County legis. acknowledging that Farina did not live there after a falling out with Pigeon.
Reportedly Nanula, who has bought whatever he wants in Buffalo (& Albany) holds a mortgage on Farina's Niagara County family home.
2. Larry Stitts, a Pitts-crony / hire who runs the Johnnie B. Wiley Athletic field at Best & Jefferson. Lives with his schoolteacher wife on Tonawanda Creek Rd. in E. Amherst, not in an attic apartment on Schuele in the inner-city.
3. Thomas Williams, who moved to Thompson Rd. in Clarence from my neighborhood on Lafayette near Grant just after Masiello hired him as (now) $73,000 BMHA Assist. Exec in 1995 (with a mere GED). He has lied ever since that he lives with his mother-in-law on devastated 1258 West Ave, even serving as WS Zone 22 chair of the Dem Party until defeated 2 yrs ago.
He also had a phone listed at his fake address, finally removed when I kept hammering at his lying. He now allegedly pays a BMHA surcharge to live in Clarence, while still voting at a fake address in Buffalo.

4. City Hearing Officer Greg Fina, Esq. Fina moved to Euclid Ave in Kenmore in 1990, selling his house to convicted FHA scammers Charles & Wm King, He has had several fake addresses, now in a shabby Delaware Ave. apartment. There is powerful appearance he helped launch the just- sentenced King brother¹s HUD-FHA scam from his last real city residence at 296 Baynes a block from me. (The Kings used 296 Baynes as their address [Fina held mortgage] until selling it in 1999. HUD foreclosed in 1996 for $103,000, reselling it for $8,000, losing over $95,000 on one house). Fina is VP of WSNHS, a true irony.
5. Former-Councilman-Buffalo cop Robert Quintana is claiming a new fake city address on Busti, after his newest girlfriend moved from his prior fake address at 160 Herkimer (near Peter Savage's relatives who verified he did not live at his voting address there). Quintana moved to Wmsville after his high profie assault on fiance' Millie Castro, Council Staffer, who helped Quintana & her daughter / live-in-HS-dropout-age-19-Quintana-chief-of staff Maria Padilla file repeated perjured complaints aginst me, eagerly prosecuted by "Quality-of-life Crimes" ADA Michael Drmacich.
The concern is his effort to again run for a city office, after I was prosecuted 7X for exposing the corruption of my then-Councilman (cop-on-leave) & his crime family (who I had initially campaigned for).
He is the dirtiest cop I have ever known, repeatedly terrorizing me, with complicity of the DA & James Pitts & Police Internal Affairs, for exposing his misconduct.
5. Amherst Realtor / Mortgage Scammer Joseph E. Wooley I:
I am now being prosecuted (#13 & #14) for exposing the mortgage scam of Joe Wooley, who came to the Council hearing yesterday in his "Marines" jacket, alleging to be a Buffalo citizen when I said I was the only one present.
He moved to 33 Beaumont (bought by his scam-partner Brenadine Julius for $117,000) in 2000 with proceeds of the same Hutchinson-Upcher style mortgage scam that I earlier uncovered in my neighborhood. H-U absconded when indicted by the NYS AG (Jim Morrissey) as Judge McLeod & DA Clark prosecuted me for exposing Wooley. His former office-mate, Terry Attorney, Esq., came as "friend of the court" to get a "protective (gag) order" for Wooley, now out of business with an $8,400 judgment from Atty's McKelvey, Sims (former judge), Davis & Lazroe. All of his "investment" properties are in foreclosure with massively inflated mortgages but one . . a time-bomb at 206 W. Ferry. across from Masiello-aide Peter Savage (Wooley paid $14,200, sold it toCarolyn Howard, who lost her $36,000 house in foreclosure several years ago) for $60,000 as roof is blowing off. Houses there sell below $25,000, as 206 W. Ferry needs a new $10,000 roof)
All of the above commit blatant voting fraud, despite warnings on the registration card of a $5,000 fine or 4 yrs in jail for lying. Politically-connected offenders are covered-up by both BD of Elections & DA. (& City leaders)
I am relentlessly prosecuted when I persist in exposing "unmentionables". My first 3 prosecutions by DA Frank J. Clark III were for exposing non-residency of Treasurer Marilyn Smith in 1995. I was particulary appalled that the Treasurer was allowed to lie (because her husband carried so many votes at St. John Baptist Church)
She was fired while I was serving 35 days in jail for my "failure to evict" a tenant from a house I bought for $1,000 on Sweet after helping write Masiello's housing platform promoting low income home ownership. My rent-to-own tenant failed to do her share, as I became appalled by Masiello's failure to keep housing promises. My house was the 26th demolition on one block of devastated Sweet Ave.(2 blocks east & parallel to Fillmore).
Nobody but me was ever jailed for "failure to evict". Interestingly, two hours before I went to court (then-Housing Court Judge Broderick) I warned I would do a "Citizen's Arrest" of the Treasurer if Masiello did not enforce residency. Smith, widow of powerful Rev. Bennett W. Smith, was fired a week later when about $12 million of uncashed checks were found under her desk, the second such offense. She still lives at 292 Red Oak Dr in Wmsville (since 1986).
Citizen participation in Buffalo can be very dangerous (& costly; it just cost me $1,150 to defend myself for exposing Wooley's $1/3 - $1/2 million mortgage scam, as Buffalo has an epidemic of mortgage scams. There is a costly "Don't Borrow Trouble" Initiative of 9 banks, HUD & 9 social agencies, but they "service victims", don't expose or prosecute the criminals), as voting is too often a farce. Buffalo was labelled "Worst Governed" (tie with New Orleans) in a study of 35 cities by "Governing" journal in Feb. 2000.
I have paid a heavy price for demanding accountable govt. Thank you for any integrity you can restore to city govt.

I have had no response to repeated requests for enforcement of City Charter residency laws on top appointees, known for years to live in suburbs in open defiance of city law. I was prosecuted 3X by District Attorney Frank Clark (& ADA Drmacich) for exposing non-residency of the City Treasurer in 1995. My 11th prosecution was just dismissed on absurd false charges of Œfelony Faxing¹ & harassment- by-bike filed by Clark-Drmacich for now-fired Residency Officer #3, Independence Party Chair & BMHA BD member Charlie Flynn (I have exposed his corruption).
The top non-resident appointees are:
1) BMHA Assistant Exec. Thomas A Williams, who moved to Thompson Rd, Clarence in 1995 when appointed to his now-$73,000/year patronage job, with a mere GED. He alleges he lives with his mother-in-law on devastated West Ave., even listing a phone (881-1949) there.
2) Comptroller Nanula¹s Public Relations Officer, Anthony Fina lives in his longtime home in N Tonawanda in Niagara County. His pretend residence in a free room at 521 Lafayette was recently documented by Gerhardt Yaskow
3) Pitts-appointee Lawrence Stitts, who directs Johnny B Wiley Athletic Field, Jefferson & Best from the Council President¹s Office (1 mile away), lives on Tonawanda Creek Rd, East Amherst, not in an attic apartment on inner-city Schuele near E. Delavan.
4) City Hearing Officer Greg Fina, Esq., supervised by primary-winning City Court ³for the people² candidate Joe Fiorella, has lived in Kenmore since 1990, not in a shabby Delaware Ave. apartment. There is powerful appearance he helped launch the just- sentenced King brother¹s HUD-FHA scam from his last real city residence. (The Kings used 296 Baynes as their address [Fina held mortgage] until selling it in 1999. HUD foreclosed in 1996 for $103,000, reselling it for $8,000, losing over $95,000 on one house).
I need an immediate response as to your investigation & planned prosecution of these dramatic high level scofflaws. Troublingly, they have full support of the Mayor, Comptroller & Council President, while unions have an obvious defense of ³selective enforcement² at lower levels.
It appears to be a top-level conspiracy against both taxpayers & a Œnew improved¹ City Charter. I await your speedy response.
