    May 24, 2003: If it involves money, Joe Illuzzi will probably be on the wrong side of the law. Convicted ex-cons don't get much by way of penalty if they're politically connected, and the child is the victim in every deadbeat dad case, but at least there is a modicum of justice in Illuzzi's latest conviction.

    May 13, 2003 - Nanula helps Tony Farina get a home loan on a house Farina claims he doesn't live in within Niagara County. He has to claim he doesn't live there of course to avoid Buffalo's residency law.

    Media fake Joe Illuzzi pled guilty to deadbeat dad charges. Rest assured, if money is involved, Illuzzi is in trouble.

    The credibility gap that has swirled around Buffalo Comptrollers office Executive Assistant Tony Farina has not lessened in the past year. We wonder what any new comptroller will do with this controversial employee.

    July 31, 1969: Joe Illuzzi and his roommate hold up a bank for $6,500. The need for the money? apparently to pay off bad debts and back rent. The threat to the bank employee? "Your family is being held hostage at their home in Lackawanna".

    Apparently, not much has changed in 32 years. Today, Joe Illuzzi is free on bail of $25,000 for his nearly $50,000 in unpaid child support.

    Guilty! May 2003: Joe Illuzzi was finially convicted - after innumerable court delays - of being a deadbeat dad. Even upon admitting guilt in court, Illuzzi claimed he is misunderstood. If it involves money, as you can see by cronicles on this site, Illuzzi will be on the wrong side of the law.

    Eureka! Real Estate scam data found. Through the miracle of modern technology, the investigative reporting of Greg Olma's office relative to Frank Parlato has resurfaced!

    This may seem minor to some, but as Kernwatch.com builds its database of local real estate scams and scam artists, this is the rosetta stone of research.
