I was reluctant to reveal our intimate discussions at first, but then
saw the NY Post piece about the "smut" website in Westchester County. It is
High School boys exposing who gives head to whom, etc. & the Westchester DA
Jeanine Pirro insists it is "protected by the First Amendment."

Golly I wish I lived in Westchester Co.!

Erie Co. DA Frank Clark has suspended the First Amendment in Buffalo,
even had his "Quality of Life" ADA Mike Drmacich, who has prosecuted me 10X
(each dismissed) take 8 pages of charges from your buddy Charlie Flynn.
Please post those pages on your site. I have not figured how to scan to the
Internet yet. Then you could put each item I faxed to Flynn next to the
charges. It would be neat to give the reader a chance to be "Judge
for-a-day", kind of elaborating on the mission of www.WNYPulse.com to put
govt. documents on line.

Could you have Glen Gramigna ask Clark when he suspended the First
Amendment in Erie County? He does not talk to me.

That puzzles me a bit. I never robbed a bank, or forged a $17,000
check, I supported my kids, etc I ALWAYS tell the truth, but both Clark &
Pigeon talk to you all the time. And they prosecute me, ALL THE TIME.

My conclusion. There must be a natural affinity between politicians &
bankrobbers?!

Have Parlato or Gramigna discuss that "character" issue in your
column, please.

I'm sure you know the scenario above.

Flynn was fired by Tonawanda Kader Realtors, so he called Niagara
Mohawk, pretending to be Mr. Kader, asking that office electricity be shut
off, even telling where the office key was hidden. But the NiMo worker
recognized his voice & called Mr. Kader. Flynn was convicted of "Criminal
Tampering", order for psychiatric treatment . . .& never got around to paying
the $80 court charge until 5 years later, after he was fired as City
Residency Officer, and was Independence Party Chair.

DO-IN' THE STRIP

You guys that love politics must be all the same. Doesn't that real
estate gig sound a lot like your sending your roommate to the Elmwood &
Auburn M&T Bank to demand $60,000 to 'pay the rent' when you were 22? Then
too, despite a blonde wig & beard, the mailman recognized your roommate.

The question is: once you tell REALLY BIG lies, like there was a gun
aimed at the bank manager's head from across the street (by you in the
[girlfriend's] get-away car?) and that his family was being held hostage in
Lackawanna . . how does one know when you . . or Charlie Flynn . . is telling
the truth?!

Has Charlie Flynn found the Lord like you? Is that what proves your
honesty now? Were others then when you found him? When Flynn found him?
INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW.

* foreclosed by HUD $45,981 (8/5/99)
* resold by HUD $1,500 ($988 to HUD, 6/4/01)
HUD loss on this one Parlato house $45,000.

Also, I need your comments on 178 Keystone, foreclosed by HUD at $108,979
(10/4/00) & resold at $2,300 ($1781 to HUD, 6/8/01) for a record HUD loss of
$107,000 on one Parlato FHA-scam house?
