Judge Murphy dismissed the 11th prosecution of me by Clark, this time for yoUr buddy Charlie Flynn. She reminded ADA Joe Kilbridge, who is either not too compternt or a fascist, that free speech does exist, that journalists may ask unpleasant questions, and that public officials are accountable to the
public.
Radical stuff!!
She seemed clear that the DA would file an appeal, altho both Drmacich & Zavah dashed out of the courtroom, giving clear signals they were praying for the matter to go away.(Drmacich was seen with clasped hands!)
All of this without addressing the truth . . . That I NEVER went near Flynn's house on Pomona, NEVER telephoned there (I suspect he has call forwarding from his office/Independence Party Hdqtrs . . .since he has so little real estate business at his office . if he were honest he could have had you ask me not to leave messages at my unconventional times if it also rang in S Buffalo. .but we all know he has a tendency to TAMPER with truth).
I have no interest in stalking-by-bicycle his children, But I DO intend to keep watching (stalking?) his Parlato-style FHA scam sale at 68 Zittel to folks in bankruptcy, using an 85 yr old mother (is that worse than saying naughty things to a 61 yr old?) who does not live there on the mortgage, and kicking back cash . . all in violation of HUD rules . . as he gets $25 to $50 per hour being a 'keeper of the poor' at BMHA.
The house, with many code violations cost him $14,121 on 10/25/00. He resold it for $36,900 on Jan 18, 20000 . . a hefty markup of $22,779 (160%!) in 3 months. It may have cost him $5,000 for paint, a plumber to make minimal changes from 2 fam to 1 fam & (illegal) cash "rebates" . .bringing his profit to about $17,800 on one (illegal) sale. That is even more than Parlato averaged on most sales!!
Incredibly HUD insures the Zittel mortgage, without checking the many problems with the house. NOR its illegality. Interstingly Wizig of Houston bought a Pomona house nearby for $1 and got its assessment reduced to several thousand.

Earlier got an anonymous warning that justicelawsuits@aol.com was ready to take this 'asshole' to court on rumors about me they have solicited (not kind to call a SIXTY TWO yr old Grand father such naughty words is it? could precipitate a stroke or something!?). When will justice lawsuits reveal his name? Why don't you break that story too?

Fiorella, with no law degree, while refusing to address strong appearance hsi supervisee Greg Fina helped lauch an Parlato-style FHA scam from his last Buffalo residence (296 Baynes) while both incompetent and lying about living on Euclid Ave Kenmore since 1990. Having raised a record $60,000 he is likely to win the $1.3 million "Judge lottery" with few qualifications to judge the parade of poor & minorities processed by city court.
As McHale, known to be both racist & fascist in tendency, has not filed his financial report. Last one was also 2 weeks late. must be above the law?!
( I more, than most, know that judges stand between citizens & death row . . . and betwn me & relentless prosecution by a corrupt politician & an ever willing DA).
Seeing all that corruption in court makes this 62 yr.old grandfather stongly opposed to a death penalty.
I did 35 days for "failure to evict" . . . .It is not inconcievable I could end up on DEATH ROW . . FOR FAILURE TO SHUT UP!
