I imagine you know . . Flynn's cash flow has dramatically improved. He sold 208 Weimar last week for $39100. he got it from Fed Home Loan in May for $12500, a MARK-UP of $26,600 (luckily no FHA mortgage this time. . a variable rate mortgage with CHASE). no permits.

Parlato re-appeared with another $100,000 plus HUD-FHA foreclosure on 235 Wood. He bought it for $27,000, sold it for $26,000 more at $53,000 four months later in 3/93. It was HUD foreclosed at $109,000 in 10/00. It just resold for $1,800. A loss to HUD of $108,000 on one sale.
