Court Delcares: Joseph Illuzzi - Debtor |
|||||
| What you've done sure does indicate what you'll do in the future.
Joe Illuzzi, owner of The Illuzzi Letter, convicted bank robber and current deadbeat dad (in Cheektowaga Town Court August 2001 over $50,000 in unpaid child support), has been "savagely misrepresented" yet again (probably his thought, certainly not mine or the courts). This time it's The Buffalo News that apparently felt it was necessary to sue Joe Illuzzi for $2,061.73 in "damanges", which is actually unpaid advertising bills by Illuzzi. Illuzzi's side of the story is that The News somehow made errors in his ads, hence he doesn't need to pay for them. Apparently the court felt differently. Lest people suspect the records that make up Illuzzi's illustrious past are merely false stories, here is the copy of the court transcription of judgement, docket #B24526, dated March 12, 2001. I've blurred Illuzzi's home address on the court record. Although I'm quite content printing my address and phone number on every document of kernwatch.com, apparently, for good reason, Illuzzi would rather keep parts of his life private. Can you blame him? (although it would make a better case for privacy if he wouldn't talk about his daughter in his publication or quote scripture contantly, but that's his choice). One reader has likened it to Kathy Lee Gifford complaining of all the attention paid to her private life yet she constantly would talk about her children on television. We don't mind the funny comparison at all! |
