You remember, I'm sure, the headline on the Metropolitan Page, Tues.
Feb. 11, 1975: "EXPLAIN $11,000 DEBT"

"A convicted bankrobber was ordered to explain in Federal Court a
series of financial deals that have left him $11,000 in debt while on
probation. Judge John T. Curtin scheduled a hearing March 10 for Joseph J.
Illuzzi, 27, whose 4 year probation was scheduled to end March 2. Illuzzi
received a suspended sentence in 1971 after being convicted in the July 31,
1969 robbery of M&T Trust Co's Elmwood Auburn branch . . . If Illuzzi is
found to have violated probation, he could be imprisoned for nearly 2 years -
the time remaining on his suspended sentence."

And I believe you did serve that time in federal prison, did you not?

That's why 30 years later, "EXPLAIN $95,000 DEBT, PAROLED (& Jailed?)
ROBBER TOLD" is so important. Especially as the Mayor now has a "CLICK ME
WITH SMILING FACE & SCRIPTURE" ad heading up WWW.ILLUZZILETTER.COM.

Apparently the Mayor approves of a life of scams, if enough powerful
figures (Clark, Pigeon, Nanula, LoVallo, etc.) wink at them.

It breeds cynicism in leadership when the Mayor approves your use of
scripture to divert attention from nearly $100,000 of bad debt by a lifelong
scammer, now becoming dangerously affiliated with the Dem. & Independence
Party bosses & funded by Buffalo's biggest-ever block-busting Realtor.

It is scary (for me, at least) to watch the "Party of Organized Crime"
try to crush my criticism, with help from the District Attorney, also now
with help from Buffalo's most corrupt city hall bureaucracy, BMHA, which has
stolen more tens of millions from Buffalo's abundant poor than I can count.

BMHA Exec. Sharon West ordered her (taxpayer-funded) "hired guns"
Gillian Brown, ESQ & Rev James Lagona ESQ to appear at my arraignment last
week (on the 11th set of charge placed by ADA Drmacich for convicted
"criminal tamperer" & known perjurer Charlie Flynn, Erie Co. Independence
Party Chair, all 8 pages of charges filed by Quality of Life Prosecutor M.
Drmacich will be on-line soon).

Brown & Lagona had no reason to be there except to send a message:
"KERN, SHUT UP!"

It is indeed ironic: the Independence (implying FREEDOM?) Party
apparently means FACIST PARTY. Flynn's 8 pages of charges (one page is
apparently missing) are replete with charges that I criticized him as a
public employee, demanded he prove integrity in investigating widespread
abuse of residency laws before he was fired as Residency Officer (residency
is never enforced on top Masiello, Pitts & Nanula cronies; enforcement is
pure farce) and that I committed "felony faxing" to Independence Party
headquarters (listed on party stationary as 135 W. Tupper, Buf. 14201,
854-2970 fax 853-6506, email Erierelo@aol.com). Those are offices of Erie
Relocation Realty, where Flynn is reportedly behind on the rent)

I have written Rick Donovan Buffalo Independence Party Chair, Jeanine
Baron County party VP (is she still dating Flynn?) & Peter J. Fiorella, Jr,
Esq, Party General Counsel, asking their response to Flynn's perjury &
misconduct. I'll print their responses.

Where should I fax information for party members who think the party
has integrity? It is interesting to read in www.illuzziletter.com today the
column by former (?) Parlato consultant, DOCTOR Michael Niman the charge that
the Independence Party has no ideology, that endorsements are like an
"auction". Da!!!!

It was a tiny step in exposing the PARTY OF ORGANIZED CRIME
(FACISM?). Believe me, it was also scarey to be transferred from Judge Volcy,
a respected lawyer, because he is endorsed by the Independence Party (why
would a judge want to be endorsed by the party of organized crime?) to Judge
Murphy who also wants the endorsement when she runs next year. I had trouble
restraining myself asking, (when she said she knew Flynn from South Buffalo &
had to likely recuse herself from further involvement) WHAT does she know
about a man with lots of troubling baggage, not the least of which is
problems supporting his 5 kids, as he alleges I stalked his kids by bicycle
(a somewhat unimaginative imitation of Robert Quintana. What is your term?
"NOW DISGRACED"?) Actually, of course he is upset about my exposing his
effort to follow Parlato's lucrative lead in selling FHA scam house, both as
a Realtor (do they have ethics?) & as a BMHA Commissioner (otherwise known as
a $25 to $50 / hour "keeper of the poor")

But he apparently has the full support of 'born again" Sharon West, a
member of the City Independence Party Committee. We'll deal with questions
why the head of the city's huge (corrupt) welfare program isn't required to
be politically neutral & "professional" another time.

We'll also talk more later about a very corrupt District Attorney whose
hired guns are steadily attacking my "quality of life" (and freedom of speech)

MEANWHILE WE WILL KEEP ASKING FOR COMMENTS FROM MASIELLO ABOUT HIS
"ENDORSEMENT" OF A LIFELONG SCAMMER & DEADBEAT DAD OUT ON $25,000 BAIL FOR NON-CHILD SUPPORT (& ENDORSEMENT BY THE PARTY OF ORGANIZED CRIME?).

And how much of the unknown "click me" fee went to your $50,000 worth
of unpaid child support.

It is always possible, of course, that . . . OUR MAYOR HAS NO MORALS
