Even though I've been prosecuted 11 times and had all charges dismissed as "silly", Olma threatens to follow with legal action if I continue to print his emails on this website. Amazing.

The Legal Defense Fund is a separate account. It is not a campaign account. On the advice of an accountant, I have claimed whatever interest as income. Should you continue to maliciously libel me, it may be used to pay for my attorney to go after you.
Repeat, it was not raised for political purposes. It is exempt. Ask Larry about his.

Apologies for my delay in responding. to your latest puzzling email.....I was in Portland enjoying time with my one & only grandchild the past two weeks .....(a daughter & son-in-law are there too, but tangential figures!!)
....your charges of misrepresentation of you don't add up. In fact, every single thing you've said, word for word, gets
posted.....including my emails TO you, which generate replies FROM you......so, there can be no misrepresentation when exact comments are posted......please stop playing the "I'm misrepresented" card, as you frequently do (most recently in the EBCOP matter, a reasonable campaign issue, as is the utter lack of any housing policy debate in your devastated district as you destroyed some of your (staff's) best work exposing Buffalo's worst ever block-busting Realtor (RACIST PARLATO).....your comments stand on their own and will always be posted as such....(including this most recent one)....
Folks have encouraged me to put my energy from housing issues into a broader group of issues, and government and politics are so huge in this area that it's a natural..........I'm intrigued (& depressed) by the political process & especially fundraising, You are to the best of my knowledge the only politician in WNY to have set up a "legal defense fund" so.....this isn't about Greg Olma, so please don't take it so personally.....(but like NPA's use of Parlato asnational 'posterboy of FHA scams, you serve as a great model of what is too often wrong in Buffalo politics . . a maddening mix of progressive & machine politican-charlatan). I never ask personal questions of you; all of my questions are about your public employment as an elected official and it's consequent actions as a political official......
I have had no response from my letter seeking clarification on legal defense funds from Bd of Elections. But your comments about your legal defense fund (of $4,000? . . . now being applied to getting your wife's job back) only needing to claim the "interest" is confusing....I'm wondering what the Clinton's did with their interest income.......I can't imagine yours amounted to much, but I'm sure the interest, even quarterly, on several millions of dollars would exceed the annual income of most WNY'ers......so again, these are all political issues and questions......
As for "going after me"....I just don't know what to say.....I'm going to continue to report, write & publish.....I've been prosecuted 11 times by a corrupt DA for things such as you are complaining about & had the charges thrown out every time (thanks to your former staffer!), so from my end, this is my lot in life....do what you must, but I will continue to watch & write.....And if you join Clark & Drmacich & now Joe Kilbridge (& wife atty. who are losing their Elmwood Ave house opposite Buf Psych Center in foreclosure as they have approx.$50,000 in bad debts listed with the County Clerk, making me wonder about what his agenda is) who is now charging me with being a World War I vintage "PUBLIC ENEMY" . . . I will certainly carry out my threat to publicize your (8th?) failure to pass the bar exam as possibly caused by a fundamental inability to understand law, especially that outmoded law called the FIRST AMENDMENT!!!

I'm assuming "tom" and "frank" in means Christy & Parlato........if you have things to say to them, say it directly . . .at christy@advancedimagemarketing.com...... Parlato's, from his manliness.org site is par730@cs.com (I have no interest in communicating with somebody advocating "be wicked, if you must, on a grand scale") ..... sending messages to them through me, is beneath the conduct of a (legally trained) elected official.......

PS Has David Dale released any housing platform? I fear that your constituents are being deprived of any choices in a hopeless (city) district. And then there is Flim Flam Fleming . .what is his housing platform . . after his (four?) free trips to Wash DC at NPA expense to report on Parlato et al??!! He will be happy to get a $52,000 job having lost his $25,000 gig gotten for failing to confront HUD corruption. Does Franczyk have a housing platform? He too had the benefit of all that invaluable data organized by Kuzma & Rusiniak.
