If you follow kernwatch.com long enough you will certainly get a good primer on the way politics is played in Buffalo. It's a game of personal insults; it's a game of not addressing the issue at hand, but throwing up as much vial and personal rhertoric as possible as to cloud the real issue at hand. We've got a great educational tool at our disposal right now in the form of a "legal defense fund" fundraiser that apparently ended up in an elected officia's (Greg Olma) personal bank account. The latest insults-instead-of-truth have to do with a photo used on a government paid for website. Amazing. Although the government paid for this, Greg Olma thinks it's "mine". Is it any wonder WNY government is in the shape it's in?

1) Please remove the picture of me from your website. It is mine and from my website. You do not have permission for this.
2) You have misrepresented my statement on my finances. I wrote that my personal finances are none of your business. And it still is not.
3) When you publish my terse responses to your off-base and often ridiculous charges, you should preface the copy with your own ramblings.
4) You need to clarify your association with Tom Christy. He is a former staffer of mine and also the architect of Dave Franczyk's ill fated Council President campaign.
5) Christy is a bitter, isolated man. He may still work with your personal nemisis Parlato or Illuzzi.Careful Dick. Don't let his twisted personal agenda of hate warp your perspective.

1. eureka! I just realized, the photo of you is from a government-paid website is it not?. Must I ask permission to use what the govenrment pays for. I would consider switching the picture from the one on your office website with the one on the other government-paid website thru the county legislature, if you think one photo is better than the other
2. go back and read your own statements on your finances. you specifically said your finances were none of "your" business.... Your fundraiser invitation did not indicate "personal" donation. I will check with some of the attendees to learn their expectation on that dimension.
No comment from Bd of Elections so far. Is it true Adamczak had a similar fundraiser after the big aids incident several yrs ago & never reported it to the Bd of Elections (raised $30,000?). Has that become a precident for hiding funds which should be publicly reported?
Incidentally, do you think donors to candidates should be online?

4. what clarification of my association with tom christy would you like? tom's been a friend for years.....he's a former staffer of yours, as is mike kuzma, another good friend (and my lawyer!)......i'm pretty up to speed on the ill-fated franczyk campaign......so i'm not sure what clarification you need on this.....

As for parlato, it's becoming obvious that you & he have some kind of mutual agreement regarding your campaign.......i'm a conspiracy theorist by habit, and it's just too obvious that your site removed damaging data about parlato's eastside neighborhood busting as he removed all his data about you.......
6. Do you have a public position on LaFalce's call for HUD reform? What is your housing platform? Do you know David Dales'? I understand he too was on the Bway Fillmore NHS Bd.
