I am very disappointed. You confirmed what I feared.

As you know, Parlato has skillfully reinvented himself repeatedly. His slogan on Manliness.org is clearly quite honest . . BE WICKED, IF YOU MUST, ON A GRAND SCALE . .. I have watched him massively corrupt a HUD housing program for the poor while aggravating racism & white flight on a "grand scale". But he has never been convicted of "grand theft, housing". You can see it everywhere in Fillmore District. The map on my website shows a virtual black hole of depopulation and disinvestment. And because he got off completely. . . his 'followers' get off as well (King brothers never sentenced on their guilty plea on a Parlato-style scam in April 2000, & currently the $3 million Hutchinson-Upcher scam . .& also FHA-scammer-wanna-be-Charlie Flynn, which few even know about). So they come after me, as Hutchinson manacingly did on Delaware Ave on Tuesday (If I disappear, add his name to the list of suspects)

And with his ill-gotten $10 million (?) profit Parlato now buys off anybody in his way. . .he has corrupted the small media, most dramatically at Buffalo Beat-Blue Dog, where I was marketed as "the most dangerous man in Buffalo Politics" & "Got Kern?" (with a milk mustache) . . until I threatened new exposure of Parlato with his own data (& yours on www.gregolma.org) including dramatic stats that 10 of 11 Parlato buyers on Roebling lost their homes in foreclosure . . .as neighborhood values plummeted on 2 blocks. However, on the third block (where Geo. Arthur lives) Parlato sold no houses & values have been fairly stable.

That story was killed & Parlato was given "my" column (Beat explained that I "moved on". . as Tony Farina also became "senior writer" . . . as Nanula denied his $100,000 loan to Maussner, Beat's publisher. It was an incredible coup. And Parlato brought Dr. Niman with him, (who remains after Parlato was forced out) who is very progressive on many topics, but will not discuss his former employer (Parlato). And now Dr. Niman's letter on your site criticizing Parlato is gone as well.

And having lots of free time (thanks to his HUD millions) Parlato has moved on to the Independence Party, which cashes in on confusion that it is for "Independents". It is virtually impossible to find out who really legitimately runs the party locally. The connection of Flynn with Parlato is deeply troubling, again played out in Flynn's charges that I stalked his 5 children at his house (social workers can't do that. Flynn really is troubled that I exposed his first Parlato-style scam house sale on struggling Zittell to folks in bankruptcy, using an 80 year old mother who lives elsewhere as the mortgagee.And of course Clark & Drmacich happily prosecuted me an 11th time . . on NINE pages of charges (I'll get them online soon!)

Perjury is now quite acceptable in Buffalo. Rev. BW Smith & the City Treasurer did it in the first 3 Drmacich prosecutions (Rev. Smith in a clerical collar, shortly before praying on national TV for our First Perjurer) then Officer-on-leave Quintana & his crime family filed 30 false charges to Drmacich for the next 7 prosecutions. Now Flynn's nine pages of charges, which Drmacich believes altho Flynn denied it was his voice on a Niagara Mohawk tape when he called posing as Milton Kader asking office power be cut off after being fired as a Realtor 1994.

It is WICKED ON A GRAND SCALE to trample free speech at the INDEPENDENCE party, as the chair & vice chair apparently sleep together, and the very attorney (Fiorella) who supported Franczyk in his run for Council Pres. now is allied with Parlato, whose goal has been to destroy you & Franczyk for (your staff) exposing an incredibly corrupt & profitable housing scam. Badly denting his charade of loving poor blacks, who are the primary victims of his scam (as well as their poor white neighbors).

What does City Independence Chair Ricky Donovan do for a living? He has lots of free time & seems to be looking for a city job, not unlike Flynn, who is having major trouble supporting his 5 kids, I'm told.

Donovan was in Arcara's court Tuesday with Flynn in an incredible scenario showing that the party is a deeply divided scam. Donovan has appointed BMHA Exec. Sharon West to the City Committee, furthering the corruption of the very dynamic killing poor neighborhoods. BMHA diverts countless millions from real housing & real economic development in neighborhoods into political jobs (100+ of the best paid BMHA jobs, starting with Clarence Resident Assist Exec Williams, in suburbs) & developer profits. BMHA has its 2 most scandalous projects in history under way at Frederick Douglass ($46 million) & HOPE VI at Lakeview ($76 million) as houses in your district can't be given away. Indeed instead of passing on a housing inheritance, children face a demolition bill when their parent flees a sinking district, Often into the HUD-funded housing built by developers in a city with 22,854 vacancies (up from 15,500 in 1990) who advertise in the

The ties of Nanula to the Independence Party need further exposure as well. His office might be described as "corrupt & incompetent on a grand scale" but nobody will talk about it . . as more & more neighborhoods die . . as I fear that you and Parlato are getting in bed together (altho I have no reason to believe it to be like Charlie & Jeanine) DO I? (in Buffalo anything is possible!!??)

Why is the Buffalo News so silent about major corruption in a third party as citizens are deeply disillusioned about local government . .. And more than a bit scared about the waste & corruption to be fueled by all the BIG GOVERNMENT money coming down the pike. As Parlato funds a bankrobber-deadbeat dad (whose only visible source of income is a "click-me Masiello-ad with scripture" to report on Buffalo politics.

thanks for the speedy reply...... unfortunately, i must have asked the question incorrectly, because i don't understand your answers..... your site isn't "down", it is up but without any significant content, but i don't always understand the techno-lingo of the internet world..... my direct question was: where is the Parlato investigation data that your site once contained, & will it be uploaded on your newly designed site?  Will your "new and improved"site contain the greatest amount of data on the neighborhood busting
real estate practices of people like Frank Parlato. ...it was fantastic research to have online and i often referred people to it......

Few people know how profitable such scams are in apparently hopeless neighborhoods. Monday, Venere "Manny" Hutchinson menacingly stopped me on Delaware Ave in an upscale sedan with Illinois plates, a rather scarey interchange ended with his expressing concern about my "child molesting". (He joins Perla, Quintana, Flynn & Illuzzi as the only folks who have evidence of that dark side of my life . .rather shocking because professional social workers have a code of ethics forbidding immoral exploitation of
children.

Have any of those honorable men shared the "documents" with you. Illuzzi has stopped calling you racist. What did you do to accomplish that? I've asked Illuzzi to print the documents and prove to the woirld just what a pervert I am. Apparently he is too much a Christian to do it!

Speaking of Christians . . Hutchinson, (his father is Rev. Whitborne Hutchinson (who may have helped Manny start his "investment" scheme) slowed down as he drove away, insisting he was praying for me.

Few know that he one of many Parlato sequels, owning several dozen HUD houses with his girlfriend partner (Dana Upcher). About 27 houses are in foreclosure with $3 million of fraudulent mortgages. Four have been demolished at City expense while having huge mortgages in foreclosure. But the city hall "supervisor of slum & blight" is permitting Manny to pass the houses on to new "investors" (Craig Walker & Mark Williams) . . as Housing Court Judge Devlin refuses to talk about the same old problem.

Incidently, I was in Arcara's court yesterday where the Independemnce Party was showing its corruption and deep internal split under Flynn.

It is disgusting that such a party endorses judges. I got another example of Flynn misconduct yesterday. See my fax of to your office July 19, 1998 Common Council proceedings and Fahey resolution on Flynn parking violations of $2020 stating . . it is very unlikely that the city will ever be able to collect . . ."

Can you find out whether he ever paid it? That was before the NiMo incident of course. And need for protection from me by "quality of life prosecutor Drmacich" for my "harassment by bicycle" & "felony FAXing" to party hdq>

It is invaluable historic data. Last week there were 3 former Parlato sales, all now vacant lots, demolished at taxpayer expense & resold at $210 to $350 each.
