The compromise choice some are beginning to tout is former Common Council Member and current Hillary Clinton aide, Jimmy Keane."

ACCORDING TO Kernwatch . . . .The real truth is that Nanula & Steve were so busy driving the state seeking higher office (incredibly NYS Comptroller) that Nanula had no time to do a primary task of the City Comptroller . . . WRITE AN ANNUAL FISCAL ANALYSIS.

Indeed the first Nanula annual analysis (FY 7/1/99-6/30/00) was due Aug 31, 2001. It finally came out last month, about 14 months late . . .& totally outdated. Analysis of Nanula's 2nd fiscal year, ending June 30, 2001, due August 31, 2001, is nowhere to be seen.

Apparently Nanula spent over 60,000 miles driving his city-leased vehicle campaigning, many of those miles with Giambra-arch enemy Steve Pigeon. But they never got around to writing how screwed up Giambra's numbers were? Indeed, Nanula' mouthpiece had so little to do he reverted to "award winning journalist" writing for ILLUZZILETTER.

He had been 'senior writer' briefly at Blue Dog Press, shortly after Nanula loaned formed-Buffalo Beat publisher Mausner $100,000.

The real question is . . .now that Farina is senior writer (& media icon) at ILLUZZILETTER as Nanula can do no wrong , even when 'missing' about $100 million . . Is Nanula now funding ILLUZZILETTER?

Illuzzi is back in court before Judge Kmiotek (& ADA Omel, while on $25,000 bail) for about $50,000 of child non-support. He has about $100,000 of bad debts field with the County Clerk, as his only visible means of support is the $3,000 Masiello-click-me-with-scripture-ad (and a small ad from Illuzzi-buddy Flynn's factionof the Independence Party).

who funds Illuzzi to say such nice things about (incompetent, corrupt) Nanula?

Watch for Parlato update . . of 29 sold by Parlato in Fillmore District under one of his 10 business names Erie Development (he is now Buffalo Renovation Group) , 23 (that is a whopping 79%) have gone into foreclosure. Two were rescued for the owners by Parlato arch-enemy Mike Kuzma, Esq. The 6 "successful' owners are all assessed at half what they paid for their houses . .And would be lucky to sell them for a third of what they paid

It could be called the AMERICAN DREAM a la Parlato.

The US Attorney just announced that PNC Mortgage is repaying HUD $1.47 million for Parlato scam sales . . & guaranteeing another $1 million of OParlato scam mortgages.

And that is just 88 of about 1,000 Parlato HUD_FHA scam sales.
But fear not . . .
Parlato is unscathed . .
He is now a principal advisor to David Dale, who just moved into his 805 Fillmore "home" from his real home with girlfriend Bernadette Casper the past several years at 5121 William in Lancaster.
Hopefully former-EAGLE SCOUT Dale will not adopt Parlato's slogan . .Be even wicked, if you must on a grand scale (see Parlato's www.manliness.org )
