Note: Each day I have dozens of personal and confidential conversations and emails. It's just the nature of being human to talk and have a personal side. However, there are certain people in everyone's travels to which "personal and confidential" never apply. To use the phrase is utter hypocracy. So, I apologize if someone thinks the email reprinted below was meant as something between two "buddies"......it couldn't be any further from the truth, and I reprint this email gladly. Hopefully it gives you better insight into our regions supposed alternative media.

I've have sadly witnessed your transformation from a person concerned with social justice who could reason and think to a person that thinks they are social justice. Your views from personal relationships (ex-friends and supporters),allies, the running of governemnt city, county, etc. are now all

based on your self-destructive, dark sense of a christian ethic only you hold the key to.

None of your writing has a thought, understanding or context of the wider issues. They don't makes a bit of sense. Your work is all mixed with your personal outrage, victimhood and your cry of a immoral evil world filled with sinners. You write and act like a man lost to his demons and the only way he can survive is to cast them out into world and give them names, Burney, Illuzzi, Logal, Nanual, the evil Parleto, and demonic Charlie Flynn.

Your self grandoisment into a high-priest of moral judgement was something in the early days that Karen Welch, Cara, myself just anyboby who work with you fought against. The end result is you are isolated, hostile, alone with no creditibility. No one with print you or talk to you other than to use you as a rumor mill.

Twice I called you in response to your constantly calling the Alt press and leaving messages. The result both times you hung up because I disagreed with your moral judgements, there was no room for reason or discuss. My intent was to meet with you over coffee and talk. It is very clear that I underestimated the degree of your whackoness and lack of ethical consideration of others. In the course of our brief conversations you misrepresented, Jay and BIUE, logal's actions, you slandered me with something I don't even know what your talking about ,point of light. I was never involved with an organization named Points of Light.

Because of bullshit like Points of Light, I would never use "your info" regarding, Illuzzi. It is public record, Richard. My personal experience is you misrepresent facts all the time and at times just simply make them up as you go along. Your misrepresentation of facts is constant and like illuzzi you are rumor mill, accept illuzzi get bucks for his bullshit.

AS for Illuzzi, he is a man without a moral compass. You are a man who thinks he has the only moral compass. In my view there is little difference between one who murders for profit, the other who murders for god and his greater glory. This why we stand on the edge of WW 111, United States murders for profit, the fundumentalists for god.

We are in struggle for the survival of a civil society, civil liberties, poverty and misery index of U.S. will go up. Dissenters will be jailed and all you think about in your demons, Flynn, Frank P., at times myself.

I think the word whacko is a kinder word what must poeple call you. Madness is closed to the truth.

Of course, you never get slammed and trashed like this in Buffalo without reason. Kernwatch.com has begun to look into the humble beginnings, and current financing, of Buffalo Alt Press. I'm sure the paper has heard the rumblings of my public questioning, and the discredit campaign against me begins. It's all very predictable.

I've been prosecuted 11 times by what I think is a corrupt District Attorney. I've been cleared all 11 times. Rumors of a 12th prosecution by the DA are rampant. Yet nothing about this appears in the Buffalo Alt Press. That should tell you all you need to know about someone who tries to get "personal and confidential", and appear legitimate.

2.What was the resolution of Logal's $2500 Small Claims case for your printer (from him)?
3. Is Burney still using the BIUE phone at home?
4. What happened to BIUE?
5. Its funding?
6. How many other others in your NETWORK are hiding from their debts?
