Which just ANONYMOUSLY informed me "WE ARE NOW READY TO PROCEED ON YOU ASSHOLE, SEE YOU IN COURT" The anonymous email address, appearing 2 months ago, sought rumors of my alleged child molesting history.

ERIERELO is Charlie Flynn's business at Elmwood & Tupper, Erie Relocation Realty. His prosecution of me (#11 by Clark & Drmacich, also now Kilbridge who has gone back to 1923 Benjamin Gitlow Vs NYS to charge me with being a public enemy, "red baiting" style. Kilbridge, & atty wife Barbara, is losing his 1195 Elmwood house in foreclosure, with a 1989 mortgage of $81,000 , plus $50,000 in bad debt filed with the County Clerk, as Kilbridge gave "Friends
of Frank Clark" $250 'dues' each of past two years) is because I exposed his Parlato-style FHA-scam sale of 68 Zitttel to folks in bankruptcy, USING THEIR 85 YR OLD MOTHER ON THE FHA MORTGAGE & kicking back money, just like Parlato, after I earlier contributed to his firing as City Residency Officer #2 for utter incompetency. And my exposure of the Independence Party as the 'party of organized crime' (where he affiliated with Parlato & Illuzzi; fortunately Peter Fiorella, ESQ seems to have distanced himself from the obvious corruption). I'm back in city court before Murphy on Friday on his charges of 'stalking by bicycle' of his five young children in S. Buffalo (where I've never been) & 'felony FAXing' of my newsletter to his office, which serves as Party Hdqtrs. He charged that I telephoned his house (which I never did, more Flynn lies
somewhat like his conviction for impersonating Milton Kader in 1994, where he
was also fired as Realtor)

.Luckily for him Drmacich has no interest in truth. Quintana also got Drmacich to prosecute me for alleged repeated 'stalking-car-by-bike' of his live-in-HS-dropout-17yrs-old-when-hired-chief-of-staff-daughter-of-live-in-aid

e-girlfriend. We all know the girlfriend has now charged Quintana with assault, as his live in aide has moved back to Florida with her father, who came to town to serve as Q's goon. Eddie Padilla assaulted me & stole my bike, as Eddie Padilla Jr. also now has filed charges against Q).

A corrupt DA willing to help politicians crush dissent 'by any means necessary' and an Independence Party chair who tramples basic freedoms while repeatedly committing perjury are the real problems.
