Originially a breath of fresh air in a community bereft of news coverage, Illuzzi has proven to be one huge con-game reinvented. He has abandoned all objectivity, clearly being in the camp of Steve Pigeon, and utilizing a full-time City Comptroller employee as a "writer" for his publication.
There is much to investigate about this sham of a report - with Joe currently free on $25,000 bail for being a deadbeat dad to the tune of $50,000, and many debts filed at the Clerks office.
