Flynn, who was very upset that his plan to follow Parlato's lead in selling luicrative FHA scam houses (Parlato profited at least $10 million while speeding decline of poor neighborhoods citywide), was exposed (68 Zittel, sold to folks in bankruptcy, using an 80Yr old mother living elsewhere on the HUD-insured mortgage), making his plan unsuccessful, as he is paid $50 per hr (by local taxpayers) to rubberstamp BMHA's housing-for-the-poor, another often plundered HUD program..

Flynn bid $16,000 for 182 Barnard to HUD on 12/14/01. Does he plan another scam? He needs money. His ex-wife & 5 young children lost their home on Cornwall in Tonanwanda on Dec 26, apparently related to Flynn's consistent child support problems.

It is such activities that Flynn & Parlato try to distract attention from by anonymous & libelous emails, as they corrupt the powerful potential of the inter-net.
