We'd suggest that Parlato refund 10% of the $10 million of his ill-gotten profits which fueled the urban sprawl that is killing Buffalo. (see my update of his 26 "satisfied" buyers with Countrrwide loans, 14 of whom (54%) are losing their homes in foreclosure)

After Parlato gifts his 10% (tithing to HUD?!), I promise to pursue Warren Buffett (stalk-by-bike, as I did Parlato's good-buddy Charley Flynn, after he sold his first Parlato-style FHA scam house at 68 Zittell??) to match Parlato's million.

I fear that Parlato's idea of 10% of Buffett's annual salary won't fly?!

Parlato's million could fund a housing SCAM WATCH to slow the devastation that his 'followers' wreak on poor neighborhoods after Frank prepares the way. They include Koerntgen, Upcher, Hutchinson, Palano, King bros(who have 13 business names, beating Parlato's record of 10), John Early, Wizig, & Graham, to name a few.

The scams fuel more flight, spawning more scams, speeding the devastation of Buffalo's plummeting taxbase, making deficits biggger every year.

Meanwhile, Parlato, who lives in Tonawanda, is now top advisor to David Dale, who lived in suburban Lancaster, not his east side Buffalo 805 Fillmore office, where Pigeon-Flynn-Farina-Nanula-Clark sent the "SwinginRichard" "Nigger-bitch" & "Eagle Scout" mailings from, when running against Parlato arch-enemy Olma.

As Paralto walks the city he plundered seeking pennies to plug multi-million dollar holes he helped to create.

Parlato is an honest (& shameless) man . . There is no question, he is "wicked . . . on a grand scale"
