RE: Dick Kern vs. HUD Corruption
I appreciate L. Renford's support of me, but fear she misses the point. I have watched in horror as Buffalo has steadily declined while the very BIG GOVT progrAms allegedly helping Buffalo's ever growing number of poor have been plundered.
I also appreciate La Falce focuing HUD corruption, but he is way low on the amount of actual HUD money coming to Buffalo over a decade of precipitous decline. It is much closer to $1 1/2 billion than $1 billion, as THE REAL NUMBERS of totally tax dollars are not even available, as Steve Banko earnds nearly $100,000 (secret too) while winking at massive waste & corruption. So do 12 other Community Buildres paid $50,000 each . .as Cuomo who corrupted HUD even more than it was runs for Governor . . with Hoyt's help??!!!
Almost all of my targets have been funded with HUD corruption. Starting with Chief City Court Judge Trammell who stole about $3 million, was convicted of stealing $25,000 & spent 45? days in jail (then disappeared . . with his suitcase of cash? . .as his son partner Mark faced no charges at all).
Currently the $76 million HOPE VI project at Lakeview is BMHA's most corrupt project ever, facilitated by Cuomo, as Clinton-friend multimillionaire Roizman got the project after coffee in the White House in 1995. Nobody has even been told locally that Roizman's comptroller Stuart Briefer was arrested March 29 for stealing $5.2 million . .as his attorney alleges it to be just the tip of Roizman's iceberg of impropriety.
Stealing $10s of millions from the poor is immoral . . but not in Buffalo.
Indeed Pitts' obscene project at Frederick Douglass Towers . .units costing $150,000 each in the name of a great civil rights hero, as Pitts will get big political gifts from a Canadian developer (Richard Higgins, who was previously head of NYS DHCR . state equivalent of HUD. . .speaking of state corruption as well).
Incredibly, Pitts, Higgins & West named 2 streets at Douglass Towers after 2 poor women living 40 yrs in public housing & dying as poor as when they arrived, & still on the dole . . as bankers, developers, politicians & the handfull of 'chosen poor' getting the $150,000 units clapped . . a booming poverty industry replete with "poverty pimps" & "poverty whores" . . as the east side is dying and low income workers lose everything in their cottages they bought as the American dream).
Currently the "child molesting" charges arise from my determination to expose the incredibly destructive impact of Parlato's (& his followers, including Flynn & Illuzzi) HUD-funded housing scams, as he now funds get-away writer Illuzzi with some of his $10? million of ill-gotten HUD-funded profits to cover his crimes.
As a social worker, I do resent being called a child molester it raises questions in the minds of kids I tried to help over 3 decades (few even know that I came to Buffalo to head Connor's Childrens Center, a treatment program for disturbed kids run by Child & Family Services, nor that I was pres of the WNY Div. of NASW (Nat Assoc of Soc Workers, before I became a controversial activist) . . because I accepted gay youths into my detention group home over a decade (Mr. Illuzzi, nor former 'reporter' Frank Parlato Jr . . . has chosen not to speak to Dan Barton current head of non-secure detention who worked closely with me then) by a convicted bankrobber & lifelong scammer, currently on $25,000 bail for about $50,000 of unpaid child support.
I am also outraged that Masiello would give Illuzzi $3000 for a "click me with Scripture ad" as he slandered a longtime Masiello advisor & Elmwood business man. . maybe partly because Illuzzi is so helpful at discrediting me for my criticism of corruption in his administration.
But that is how it works.
Anybody challenging a corrupt status quo must be silenced. Malcom X, King, etc became heroes only when safely dead. I'm a poor excuse for them, but somebody's got to do it. Winking at corruption is a "sin".
Being a viper & a hypocrite is too. There is some debate about whether deadbead dad Illuzzi's personal savior was crucified for praying to much or for condemning those who PREYED too much!
Since the really big corruption goes over the heads of most, I also focus personal corruption when it impacts the public good. Charlie Flynn, a convicted criminal tamperer & proven liar (denying his voice on a Niagara Mohwak audiotape when he impersonated Milton Kader asking office power be shut off) sleeping with the party vice chair (Jeanine Baron, who refused repeated requests to talk) as she has a good patronage job & she winks at his commiting perjury to silence me IS A BIG PROBLEM. Especially since she observed Quintana terrorizing me similarly while a Coppola staffer in abn adjacent city hall 14th floor office.
And of course. There is HUD again, which funds Baron's 'economic development' job, as she winks at Flynn getting $25 to $50 per hour at BMHA RUBBERSTAMPING A DEEPLY CORRUPT AGENDA, AS FLYNN TOOK ME TO COURT (ON FALSE CHARGES) BECAUSE I EXPOSED HIS CORRUPT HUD-FHA SALE AT 68 ZITTEL. iT STOPPED A GRAND PLAN TO SELL MORE PARLATO STYLE SCAM HOUSE TO FEED HIS FIVE CHILDREN & EXWIFE.
CAN WE ALL GET ALONG ? UNFORTUNATELY, Loretta, COPS & (BANK . . OR HUD) ROBBERS ARE ON OPPOSITE SIDES. WHETHER THE BANKROBBERS QUOTE SCRIPTURE OR NOT
