The DA (Erie County, Frank Clark) is filing an appeal of dismissal #11 of his prosecution #11 of me on 9 pages of false "information" by Erie Co. Independence Party Chair Charlie Flynn (a convicted criminal tamperer, he terrorized Kader Realty in 1994, was sentenced to psychological counseling, never paying the $90 court fee until hired & fired as city residency officer #2, of 4 so far under this mayor. The current RO#4 Frank Rossi was convicted of securities fraud in 1990 & fined $65,000).
I exposed Flynn for selling a FHA scam house (68 Zittel) to folks in bankruptcy using an 80 yr. old mother who lived elsewhere on the mortgage. He had planned to follow his (former?) friend Frank Parlato Jr, another Independence Party leader, who profited at least $10 million on 1000 FHA scam houses, as HUD has never convicted him of anything. Many of his 100's of bad loans were by Countrywide Loans, as HUD has refused to prosecute Parlato or Countrywide.
Flynn is a Masiello appointee to the deeply corrupt municipal housing authority (BMHA) as they have an alltime record $82 million to squander next year, as the city verges on bankruptcy.
Meanwhile, the Mayor's chief of staff Vinnie LoVallo (age 50) is running his 32 year old child bride Sharon (who he married at age 22) for City Court Judge, with the blessing of the DA to whom he has paid $1,200 in political dues since 1997. We are expecting LoVallo's book any day, "HOW TO RAISE (DA-approved) JUDGES AT HOME . . IN YOUR SPARE TIME".
Kilbridge, who has declared me an "enemy of the state", using the jingoistic W.W.I case against ACLU hero Benjamin Gitlow as his legal base, plans to file his case on May 20. No matter that Judge Murphy dismissed the charges last September & the DA has 30 days to file an appeal. Neither justice, innocence nor law seem to matter to our DA.
Of course, the HUD IG is helping the DA by refusing to investigate Flynn's FHA fraud, as he is paid $50 hourly with local funds (enen HUD refuses to pay BMHA Commissioners) overseeing $82 million of mostly HUD funding at BMHA next year, an alltime record, with no discussion of need for public housing reform in a city with 24,000 vacancies & plummeting values.
And the Buffalo police "lost" repeated libelous (anonymous) emails from Flynn accusing me of sex with my two adult married daughters, sex with a 114 yr old girl, sex with two black youths & my 64 yr. old friend & GM of four, etc. (I am a 63 year old social worker who spent my professional life working with troubled kids & families). One wonders whether the police & DA Clark are conspiring to protect Flynn.
Interestingly, Kilbridge & his atty wife are losing their house (bought in 1989) in foreclosure & have $50,000 in bad debt as they are driving a brand new SUV. He obviously knows that ADA Michael Drmacich, Quality of Life Prosecutor, now acknowledges that his prior 10 prosecutions of me were corrupt. The first three were for Marilyn Smith, who still lives at 292 Red Oak in Wmsvlle, as she illegaly did as city treasurer. Drmacich joked that Rev BW Smith got an award, a painting of his house, which quickly was hidden, as Drmacich prosecuted me 3 times on perjured charges. The next 7 were for Quintana & his crime family . . as Doctor Emerson Barr, who also committed perjury that Quintana never got withiin 6 feet of me when he followed me iinto Byron Brown's office the day after Judge LoTempio granted me a protective order, now lies about living on Grand Island as he is a $10/hr "intern" in Brian Davis's office.
AS DA CLARK STARTS ON MALICIOUS PROSCUTION # 12 OF ME, THERRE IS NO CHANCE HE WILL PROSECUTE TONY FARINA, WHO HAS LIED ON HIS VOTER REGISTRATION CARD 3x. A POSSIBLE $5,000 FINE & 4 YEARS IN JAIL FOR EACH LIE.
I had been happy to hear about the Hutchinson indictments. It is a new variation on ever more scams in Buffalo, most with a HUD connection. Hutchinson bought mostly HUD houses, "leveraging" them into great wealth, as HUD throws out millions to the like of Parlato, then takes 'hands off'.
I accidently discovered the scam in my neighborhood two summers ago, & unlike HUD, Jim Morrissey of the NYS AG office actually did something.
But the same day the NYS AG announced the Hutchinson indictments our corrupt DA announced his new plans to try to crush me & efforts to reform obviously failed (& corrupt) government.
If the DA has his way I'll be in jail for a year & his friend Charlie can resume selling FHA scam houses . . or whatever. And Farina will keep commuting to Niagara County, as Nanula has not yet asked whether a Residency Officer who doesn't have integrity needs a city car (like Nanula, who never answered whether he indeed drove 60,000 miles, with Steve Pigeon, campaigning for NYS Comptroller, before 9/11).
It ain't a pretty city.
