After 11 prosecutions, & 11 dismissals, Quality of Life Crimes Prosecutor Drmacich has passed on the baton to ADA Joe Kilbridge who is apparently working feverishly on an appeal of Judge Murphy's recent dismissal of Drmacich's filing of convicted criminal tamperer Charlie Flynn's 9 page "complaint" the longest Murphy had ever seen!
She predicted an appeal by Clark . . whose obvious aim is infinite justice in Buffalo . . like in Afganastan!?
Kilbridge is pursuing the case in spite of his personal tragedy. Soon he & atty. wife Barbara will be homeless (losing their 1989 purchased house on Elmwood op. Buff Psych Center, mortgage $81,000, in foreclosure> They also have $50,000 in bad debt filed with the County Clerk, but nevertheless Kilbridge "donated" $750 to Friends of Frank Clark between Jan 2000 & July 2001.
Interestingly most of the 94 ADA's working for Clark also love him $750 worth! Those on my dated list who gave nothing are few & far between . . including Craig Hannah who moved to City Hall Corp Counsel, Jennifer Runfola, who was fired on ethics charges (or for not giving?!)
Jennifer got a quick gig as Cheektowaga town atty, based on her experiences defending the Quintana Crime Family, with her dad Ross T. Rumors that she is riding my never-recovered bike when assaulted & arrested op. Quintana's Plymouth Jersey compound have not been confirmed! Perhaps she will join dad on his new comedy gig on the Sterlace show.
Joe, your buddy ADA Kelly Omel also gave Clark $750 as did White Collar Crimes Prosecutor Candace Vogel (mother of Charity who youy just lampooned!). Maybe you should consider giving Clark $750 too. . .before going back to Cheektowaga & Judge Kmiotek in Nov. on your $50,000 child nonsupport case.
Quality of Life Crimes Drmacich gave $750, while his co-counsel Barry Zavah only gave $500.
Some ADA's gave over $1000 to Clark. Claek is claerly well loved by his staff. I could end up on death row, despite the valliant efforts of my attorney-protector M. Kuzma!!!

Karen Mahlmeister gave $500 before leaving & being paid $4,000 by Flynn's party . .then she announced in the News how scared Flynn was for his kids of my stalking-by-bike. Since I've never been near his house, never have seen his (5?) kids, never called his house . . is that an ethics issue? I don't understand lawyer ethics . .ESPECIALLY IN CLARK"S OFFICE!!
WHERE'S FLYNN? He reportedly was a player in the Giambra defeat of Pauly . .more of his disinformation campaign possibly? If he is guilty of those anonyous slander emails, will Drmacich, who is 'infinitely willing' to prosecute me, be willing to prosecute him!? (He works with Det. Mydlarz in the Buff Police Dept. Compuer Crimes unit)
Question: How do you tell the good guys from the bad? Drmacich wears a white hat!! (so do you??)
