| Dear Friends:
Getting taken to court, if you're an everyday civilian like me, is a very strange experience. It scares you, confuses you, makes you question yourself etc. But, by the tenth or eleventh time, you can get excited about it. Especially if you know you've done nothing wrong, if you have a great attorney who believes in you (which I do) and if the charges are so absurd that you actually begin to fell in control of the situation, rather than having to defend yourself. It's a strangely positive feeling when you see a judge look at your accuser in disbelief and dismiss the case. Now that I'm on the Internet, I thought I'd share my experiences in court, beginning with the most current absurd charge, filed by Charlie Flynn, head of the Independence Party of Erie County. I've critisized him in my writing and now online, and he was able to get the District Attorney to file 9 pages of absolutely laughable charges. Of course in Buffalo you never know, but I'm confident my attorney will prevail on this case as well. Either way I'll be sure to keep you posted online. Having said all that, posted below is the original summons that was served on me June 7th, basically for speaking my mind in writing. The other pages are linked below. If you're new to the legal system, as I once was, it might be facinating for you to see just how crazy this stuff gets. As a follow-up, I've filed a federal restraining order against the Erie County District Attorney and his Assistant, who have prosecuted me now for the 11th time Clark & Drmacich. Buffalo can be the wild wild west, with street justice the norm. I'm going to ask the Federal Government and Courts to weigh in on whether 1. I'm being harrased with these silly summons's and 2. The extremely busy court system is being needlessly tied up with this stuff. People that should know better, and be proscecuting real criminals, are definitely tying up the courts needlessly. I hope the Federal Courts see that as well. Either way, I'll give you the documents so you can make up your own mind. Check out the documents for my FAXUAL HARRASEMENT charges. |
