Attached are your signed voter registration cards with warnings of the $5000 fine &/or 4 yr. in jail for lying. Since Mr. Farina has now had THREE City addresses within 6 months while his wife & kids still live in Niagara County, a copy of his lease, rent receipts & utility bills (Unit 1G, 113 Lafayette Ave, Carl Paladino¹s HUD-subsidized apartments) would show once & for all that he is an honest man (as well as award winning journalist).
Mayoral Chief-of-staff LoVallo is now running his young wife (age 33) for City Court Judge, the most qualified jurist DA Frank Clark could find among his dues-paying lawyers. He will certainly now enforce Œequal justice under law¹.
Please let me know when I can pick up the copies. (Dr. Barr, your EASY PASS records for the Gr. Island bridge would also be helpful)

¸ Do you see any ethical problem in voting in Buffalo while refusing to live here? While corrupting our elections?

5. How much did Charlie Flynn receive?
6. Did the executive committee of his (faction of) Independence Party know about his Œservices¹?
7. Does Flynn¹s ³criminal tampering² conviction in 1994 (see Kernwatch.com) have any bearing on his credibility? His character?
8. Does Illuzzi¹s bankrobbery conviction, & current $25,000 bail for $50,000 of child non-support have any bearing on his integrity?

10. Should DA Clark (& ADA¹s Drmacich, Zavah, & Kilbridge) appeal (the 11th) dismissal of Flynn¹s utterly false, perjured charges against this journalist-activist for exposing Flynn corruption?
