RE: Donovan, Flynn & ‘JUDGE SHARON’
These are the latest emails from City Independence Party Chair Ricky Donovan, who like Marilyn Smith, Quintana’s crime family, & Flynn, has accused me of “stalking” & “harassing” his wife, a patronage appointee in the Mayor’s HOTLINE Office . . as DA Frank Clark is appealing dismissal of his prosecution #11 of me (by Judge Murphy last Sept.) for exposing misconduct of Clark’s friend, County Independence Party Chair Charlie Flynn.
No matter that Flynn is a convicted “criminal-tamperer” prosecuted by ADA Lisa Rodwin. (Flynn was ordered for psychological counseling, never paying the court surcharge until after hired & fired as City Residency Officer #2. NOTE: RO #4 Frank Rossi was convicted of Securities Fraud in Jan, 2000 & fined $65,000. And Flynn, following his friend & IP leader Parlato’s model, sold a HUD-FHA scam house while serving as Masiello-appointed BMHA Commissioner to oversee Buffalo’s ever-growing ranks of the poor for a $50/hr. stipend).
The stakes have just gotten much higher for me since you are running your 32 year-old wife to be the next Clark-approved City Court Judge. You & Sharon have paid your dues ($1,260 since 1/97 to “Friends of Frank Clark”) making her a likely next judge to preside at never-ending Clark prosecutions of me for exposing misconduct of Clark’s many political friends, who are above the law.
It would appear that working for Clark would disqualify lawyers on a cornerstone of our courts, the Bill Of Rights, which Clark routinely tramples. And a 33-year-old woman who sleeps with the Mayor’s top aide . . . hardly qualities as an “independent judiciary”. There’s a serious problem here. You & your young wife are in the middle of it.
