Despite grand promises 8 years ago, Masiello has not enforced residency on 100’s of illegally non-resident city workers, as 100’s now face lay offs. Frank Rossi, Residency Officer #4 is an utter fraud (he was not an investigator for FOX News, instead having major criminal & fraud charges ) as top appointees flaunt non-residency.

Masiello & Rossi . . .Criminal Minds?
No response to multiple Fax’s of City Hall Watch Jan10 sent to Masiello, Human Resources & Residency Officer #4 Frank Rossi (asking for proof that Rossi is not a fraud). Masiello’s Chief-of-staff Vincent LoVallo, acted pained & disgusted when I asked for his intervention (as he usually does!). We have learned that while some candidates for Residency Officer #4 were interviewed by Human Resources Dept. staff, Rossi got ‘special handling’ by the Mayor’s Office, making LoVallo’s response predictable.
City Hall’s pervasive culture of corruption appears to be “reform proof”. Altho taxpayers & honest city workers who live in the city would benefit from aggressive enforcement resulting in the firing of perhaps 100’s of “illegal aliens” during a deep fiscal crisis in which conscientious workers face lay-offs, that won’t happen.
First to go would have to be top Masiello-crony, BMHA Assist Exec Tom Williams (lives Thompson Rd., Clarence, salary: $76,000 with a mere GED), Nanula-crony “media spin doctor” Tony Farina (N.Tonawanda, Niag. Co; $63,000) & Pitts-crony Larry Stitts, Dir; Johnny B Wiley Athletic Field (Ton. Crk Rd, E. Amherst, salary secret)
