City Hall Watch June 21

UPDATE: Dear mayor, 6:15 AM

I'm officially on the threshold of feeble-minded old age (age 62) today.
Don't you send us old folks cards any more?

I'm afraid I won't be able to ride my bike much longer, especially to S.
Buffalo to harass Charlie Flynn's kids as they play ball. I'll miss that. Or
to BMHA. Tell Gillian, Esq. & Rev. Lagona, Esq. that "shoot on sight" order
they want from Judge Murphy may not be needed. I'm getting too old to handle
the stress of possible arrest every time I enter the 'federal plantation'.

Thanks for telling Joe Illuzzi not to slander Mike Attardo with that "felony
drug conviction" charge. But I do need your help. Please tell him to post
those child molesting papers he has on me next to your "click me ad with
scripture". Jesus wants him to tell the truth, no matter how painful, the
Bible tells me so.

Since he owes about $50,000 in child support, is currently on $25,000 bail &
back in Cheektowaga Court on Aug 1 on child nonsupport, while also charged
with a $17,000 check forgery, do you know how he supports himself (& his 7
yr. old girl?). How much did you pay for the click me ad with scripture?
Please ask him to give me rates. I'll Advertise my website www.Kernwatch.com
so he can pay for her shoes or vitamins, maybe.

Jesus loves ya, (Illuzzi tells me so) Dick Kern

My Dearest Mayor, RE: ALL-NIGHT COPS

As you know, I am distressed about that Buffalo cop sitting all-night, every
night in front of your house, desperately struggling to stay awake in his/her
silly, incredibly boring ($90,000 per year ?) chore.

Your new neighborhood is doing quite well. Two weeks in a row Penhurst has
had the highest housing sale in Buffalo. Two weeks ago Mr. Rudnick (who
moved back to the waterfront) sold his house for $440,000. Last week 24
Penhurst sold for $480,000, a hefty 182% of its new GAR Assessed Val of
$264,000

In contrast, your old boyhood neighborhood on West Ave. is in free-fall.
Foreclosures, demolitions & blight abound. For example, 1250 West was just
sold by HUD for $2,500, a mere 7% of its new GAR assessed value of $35,000.
In credibly, your good friend, BMHA Assist Exec. ($73,000 /year with a GED)
"Tommy" Williams lives with his mother-in-law doors away at 1258 West, which
is assessed at $68,000. He must be very troubled to drive home every night,
seeing how bad his (mother-in-law's) neighborhood has become.

I urge that you move back to your old neighborhood & bring it the good
fortune you have brought to Penhurst. Your all-night cop would bring a new
sense of security to West, causing property values to rebound. And it would
free Tommy from his burden-of-conscience forcing him to live with his
mother-in-law in her troubled neighborhood. His wife & kids in Clarence would
be overjoyed to have Tommy back with them on Thompson Road. He could then
take kids from BMHA to Clarence to enjoy the suburbs & his (wife's) nice
pool. I do, however, need your explanation of why you have an all -night cop
on Penhurst, while apparently County Executive Giambra needs no special
protection at all on nearby, equally upscale Middlesex.

Ever watchfully, Dick Kern

PS: Until you move, could you ask your all-night cops to turn the car around
so they can protect those other rich folks on Penhurst as well?
