East side activist Rosa Gibson announces a city hall fundraiser (& pop quiz for Nanula) for Dec. 18 on the steps of city hall. All citizens are urged to save pop cans & bottles & bring them to city hall to help close the budget gap.
It will also be a chance for City Comptroller Nanula to dispell rumors that he cannot count. We are making a special reqeust that his $63,000 'media icon' mouthpiece Tony Farina to call out the totals as the expected tens of 1,000's of pop cans arrive.
We are undecided whether to use the lobby of former Naigara County resident Farina's new residence (in a 1BR apt, #401, with Sheldon Silver's WNY aide & former Pigeon room-mate Gary Parenti) at 849 Delaware as a drop off point for pop cans prior to the event.

Why is nobody saying that BMHA is the most broken of Buffalo's broken govt, as they spend $150 million at Frederick Douglass Towers & Lakeview on apartments for the poor costing $125,000 to $1/4 million each??
As HUD's Chief Community Builder Steve Banko is utterly silent as there is now an armed guard in Coumo's $1/4 million "storefront" at 465 Main, set up to give the poor a chance to Hug a Community Builder!
