Nanula paid $39,000 in 1989 for the lots to build four townhouses on Mariner (#69 - 75 Mariner), could not sell them, after pretending to live in one with his "wife" (did he corrpt mariage to with his money?). He finally sold them to an investor for a total of $100,000 ($25,000 each for units with lot costs of about $10,000 each, plus demo cost?) who still rents them.
Nanula bought the W. Ferry & Norwood site of chuirch arson as Nanco for $70,000, in 1989, flipped it to Essex Homes for $1 . . and a decade later sold it to the new adjacent owner, who bought a foreclosed house for $70,000 and has invested real money, for $59,000.
Buffalo Beat, which Nanula loaned $100,000 but lies about, went belly up.
