RE: Scamming Neighborhoods

I need a response to reasons for silence as scammers destroy neighborhoods,& now take-over a political party & endorse judges as well. Parlato, operating under his slogan, “BE WICKED, IF YOU MUST ON A GRAND SCALE”, has allied 2 lifelong scammers Charlie Flynn & Joe Illuzzi, gaining help from DA Clark for an 11th prosecution of me for S. Buffalo “stalking-by-bicycle”. Everybody knows it’s lie, similar to Flynn’s conviction for Criminal Tampering in 1994, while denying his voice on a Niagara Mohawk audiotape.

I am especially outraged by Jeanine Baron, V. Chair of a deeply fractured Independence Party, & apparently sleeping with Flynn, while ignoring Parlato-Flynn devastation of poor neighborhoods (& the courts). As she is paid (by HUD?) as a patronage “economic development specialist”.

It is really rampant corruption. Flynn is paid $25 - $50 /hr. to rubber stamp BMHA’s costly, corrupt agenda, while ignoring the recent $5.2 million theft at HOPE VI developer Roizman’s firm. Flynn is retaliating for exposure of his Parlato-style FHA scam sale (68 Zittel: bought from HUD 10/25/00 $14,121, sold 1/18/01 $36,900 to 80 yr old Rita DeJac who does not live there, covering for her son in bankruptcy) as Flynn also owns 508 Weimar (purchased 5/18/00 $12,500 from Fed. Nat. Mortg.)

Its classic Quintana (& Marilyn Smith) . . when exposed doing wrong, play the stalker card on Kern, with help from AN ALWAYS WILLING District Attorney. I need to know why you are silent about such blatant corruption at many levels as ever more neighborhoods die.

FYI . . .How former-Parlato sales are doing . .from last week’s sales

NOTE this is a former Parlato sale. Frank Parlato Jr profited about $8 to $10 million on sale of almost 1000 HUD-insured house over a dozen years. Many have gone into foreclosure with scores demolished at HUD expense. He bought 40 Theodore for $28,000 (7/27/94) under one of ten business names: Franklin Enterprises Sold it to Carol L Head for $44,900 (10/14/94; Parlato’s estimated profit $10,000 to $13,000) Foreclosed to PNC Bank & HUD 1/13/00 at $74,999
Resold by HUD to Versatile 5/15/01 $4200 HUD’s loss exceeded $70,000 on one Parlato sale Koerntgen is a RENT-TO-OWN Scammer, using a new financing mechanism with Mid-Ohio Securities s*P-58 KEYSTONE ,14211,BROWN,DENNIS,WILBERT,LAMAURICE ,07/09/01,$30000, 1 fam AV$27700, 108%

NOTE: This Parlato sale shows the yo yo pattern of investors repeatedly exploiting declining neighborhoods, with government aid (& no oversight?).
Sold to Parlato’s Franklin Enterprises 7/8/92 $17700
Sold to Lisa Russell 7/30/93 (3 weeks later) $43500 (Parlato profit $20,000?)
HUD foreclosed (6/6/94, a mere 23 months later) $41,133
Resold to Vincent Patronaggio 9/26/94 $ 4,990 (quick HUD resale; HUD’s loss exceeded $36,000
Sold to Evans Lee Jones 6/23/95 $38,900 (Is Patronaggio a Parlato crony? His profit $30,000?)
Foreclosed to VA 4/23/98 (34 months later) $12,969
Resold to Gerald Smith 9/11/98 $ 3,500 (VA loss of $3,000; Jones loss of $26,000?)
Sold to Dennis Brown 4/4/00 $ 5,000 (another investor? Or a scammer?)
Resold to Lamaurice Wilbert 7/9/01 $30,000 (how much rehab vs profit?)

NOTE: An older Parlato sale of $31,000 as First Builders in 10/88 for $31,000
Foreclosed 11 years later, it illustrates his “sniffing out” decline. Rarely does a neighborhood where Parlato operates remain stable. He prepares the way for other charlatans, who see his immunity to prosecution.Foreclosed to Midfirst Bank & HUD 3/31/00 for $38,703, it just resold for the $13,000 above, despite its assessment of $38.400. HUD’s loss $25,000
Sales by Parlato inflate assessments while destroying values . . . WICKED ON A GRAND SCALE?
