One of the top assistants to embattled Buffalo City Comptroller Anthony Nanula, Tony Farina, has AGAIN voted from an address from which he does not live. Tony Farina doesn't even live in Erie County, much less the City of Buffalo.

On November 16th I went to the Erie County Board of Elections and filed an affidavit asking both Commissioners of the Board to investigate, persuant to NYS Election Law. The Comptrollers Office has been a laughingstock of the City for more than this year. Now it's become a nightmare finanicially, and pretty well-exposed in other media outlets.

Below is the copy of the affidavit filed against Tony Farina and Thomas Williams, Jr. If anyone knows of other city employees that live outside the city, yet vote from fictitious addresses, please feel free to copy and utilize this form.
