- Family Account, Not Political Account.
We've raised questions here about Greg Olma's Legal Defense Fund, since there was no such fund ever established with the County Board of Elections. Now, Kernwatch.com has learned from Olma that there was never any intention to establish a legal defense fund, because the money went directly into his family bank account. It is recorded as personal income, not a campaign fundraiser.
Kernwatch.com has sent a letter to the local Board of Elections Commissioners requesting information.

My legal defense fund is not a political fund, ergo no filing. I must however claim it as income for tax purposes. Its expenditures, as my own personal family expenses, are none of your business.
So, therefore, the data is not missing.
I have no who this "Justice Lawsuits" is. It is not me. I have bigger fish to fry. Besides, I like you. Keep up the good work.
